Here's what happens -

All repair centres must obtain authorisation before commencing any repair work
on your vehicle.

All repair quotes are analysed and an order number is released only if the
supplier complies with the SMB's reduced labour rate and parts discount
agreements.
With all the above in place, employees are assured of quality maintenance and
service work performed by reputable, competent and specialist providers at the
best possible price available.
Booking a Service
Click here to find an authorised repairer/dealer near you, or check
your SMB Driver Wallet.
Contact the service provider and make a booking. When you take your vehicle to
the service centre, simply show your vehicle service book with the SMB sticker
for identification. The supplier will contact us to obtain authorisation for
the work required using the 1800 number on the sticker.
