The SMB Insurance Program is an optional service designed for the specific needs of the Novated Lease driver.

If you have selected the SMB Insurance Program you are entitled to the significant benefits offered by this exclusive service. The program offers competitive premiums, excellent levels of cover and peace of mind.

A policy document detailing the full range of features and limitations is available to SMB clients.

Insurance Renewals

If you have selected the SMB Insurance Program your insurance premium will automatically be deducted by SMB on monthly basis from your vehicle fund.

If you have selected your own insurance provider, you will be responsible for the annual renewals. You may either send the renewal notice directly to SMB for payment or pay the renewal and forward a receipt along with an Expense Claim Form to:

If you have selected the SMB Insurance Program as part of your Novated Lease and need to make a claim, please call the 24-hour Lumley Accidnet Assist phone number, 1800 652 256.

If you have selected an alternate insurance provider, please contact your insurance provider directly.

Days Out Of Use

If your vehicle is unavailable for use during the period of repairs you may be eligible to claim days unavailable for private use. To find out more about your eligibility, please read the Days Unavailable For Private Use guidelines..

Once you have established your eligibility, complete the Declaration of Motor Vehicle Non-Usage Form and post to:
