4) Your FBT commencement date is either the day you collected your vehicle (ie your lease start date) or April 1, 2008 if you had already taken delivery of your vehicle prior to the commencement of the current FBT year.

5) Days unavailable for private use do not affect you annualised kilometre reading.

6) The Statutory Fraction Divisions are as follows:
< 15000 km/annum : 26%
15000 km/annum - 24999 km/annum : 20%
25000 km/annum - 40000 km/annum : 11%
> 40001 km/annum : 7%
